Over 3 decades Paul Lonergan has sold West Toronto properties specializing luxury homes in Central Etobicoke neighbourhoods including, The Kingsway, North Drive, Edgehill Park, Valecrest, Thorncrest Village, Humber Valley Village, Lincoln Woods, Princess Ann Manor, Princess Gardens, and Sunny Lea.
Paul’s history began in 1977 at the age of 18. His early experiences as part of a sales team selling at Lakeside Village waterfront condominiums in Stoney Creek, than manage sales at an East York development of luxury homes, following the overseeing of the marketing of 43 luxury, 2 acre estate lots surrounding Nobleton Lakes Golf and Country Club.
After joining the major corporate realtor, RE/MAX, Paul received recognition, ranking number 1 at RE/MAX Professionals Inc., in an office of approximately 100 agents. From 1985-1988 he consistently ranked in the TOP 1% of all levels of award recognition out of a 20,000 person sales force in North America. In 1988 he commanded the number 5 position in sales for residential Canada, number 10 overall in Canada, and number 12 internationally.
In 1989 Paul went on to initiate the inception of Central Etobicoke’s premier brokerage during the 1990 – Coldwell Banker Islington-Kingsway Realty Inc. A top brokerage for luxury housing. From 1989-2001, Paul was been the number 1 TOP PRODUCER at Coldwell Banker Islington-Kingsway Realty Inc.
In 2002 Paul was the #1 TOP PRODUCER for Coldwell Banker Terrequity Realty. Paul Lonergan has also received recognition for Real Estate excellence as one of the Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Canada’s Top Sales Associates. He placed within the top 10 in Gross Commission Income in Ontario in 1994, the top 3 in 1992, 1998, and 1999, and the top 1 in 1993. He was also awarded placement within the Coldwell Banker Affiliates of Canada Gold Leaf Sales Circle in 1993 and the Affiliates’ President’s circle in 1994. Other notable recognitions credited to Paul include, but are not limited to, placing within the TOP 2% of all sales professionals in North America during 1994, and achieving Coldwell Banker’s Canadian President’s Elite Status during the year 1999.
